A campaign is the way to execute several actions on a list of prospects. Once the campaign is ready, the queue will launch and execute the actions from Waalaxy on Linkedin. A campaign that has several actions in a row, must validate between each of the actions, a condition, and a delay.
โก๏ธ Conditions & delays in a Waalaxy campaign
๐ What is a condition?
To ensure that prospects meet the necessary conditions for the execution of a given step or simply to condition their progress in the campaign, there are different "condition" steps.
In a campaign that includes an invitation and then a message, the prospect will have to validate this condition to move on to the next stage: the prospect accepts the connection request.
In campaigns that have messages, the prospect will have to validate the condition "Did not respond to the message" to go to the next step.
Other conditions may be created depending on the campaign: "Did not see the message", "If the invitation was left pending for more than X days," etc.
All conditions are written in pink in the structure of your campaigns.

๐ How do you see that a prospect is waiting for a condition?
In your campaign, in the "Prospects" sub-tab, the prospects will appear at the stage they are currently at.
For example, a prospect who has received an invitation will be at the "Invitation sent" stage. It is then at the "Waiting for condition" stage: we wait for the prospect to accept the invitation before taking the "Message" action.

๐ What is a delay?
A delay is a waiting time, either between two steps or before validating a condition.
It can appear as a separate step "Delay" or associated with another condition such as "Not connected && Delay 15 days".
In the first case, the prospect will go to the next step as soon as the delay has passed.
In the second case, the prospect will go to the next step as soon as the delay has passed IF the condition is valid.
๐ How do we know that a prospect is in the delay step?
In your campaign, in the "Prospects" sub-tab, you will see the prospect at the "delay" stage.
Once the delay set by the campaign has passed, the prospect will automatically move on to the next action.

๐ The coloured dots in a campaign
Depending on the status of your leads in your campaigns, your campaigns will show a small circle of different colour with the following meaning:
๐ด Red circle: you have no more leads in this campaign.
๐ Orange round: you have leads in progress in this campaign but no action in the queue, so this means that the remaining leads in this campaign are leads waiting for a condition to move to the next step (for example a delay or the lead accepting your connection request).
๐ข Green circle: you have actions queued for this campaign.
๐ Delay details
You cannot edit a delay on a current campaign.
You can see the delays between actions in the campaign structure.
You can set the delay from 0 to 28 days!
